Saint Joseph London Announces Inaugural Festival of Trees Fundraiser

LONDON, Ky. (Dec. 5, 2023) – Saint Joseph London is getting into the Christmas spirit with an inaugural Festival of Trees fundraiser. Twenty-four departments within the hospital are each sponsoring a uniquely decorated six-foot, LED pre-lit Christmas tree. Those interested in participating in a drawing for each tree will have the opportunity to purchase a ticket through Dec. 15 for a chance to win the tree of their choice.

For a chance to win in this Festival of Trees, purchase tickets at Saint Joseph London’s gift shop, guest services area or administration office. Tickets are $1 each or $5 for six tickets and will be available for purchase until Friday, Dec. 15. The winner of each tree will be drawn and contacted on Monday, Dec. 18. Winners must pick up their tree no later than Friday, Dec. 22.

“We are thrilled to launch our inaugural Festival of Trees fundraiser,” said John Yanes, president, Saint Joseph London. “At the heart of the season is a commitment to spreading humankindness, and through this event, our community members not only stand a chance to win a beautifully adorned tree, but they’re also supporting one another by making a meaningful impact at our hospital. Each ticket sold is a testament to the goodwill and holiday spirit of our tight-knit community.”

All funds raised from the Festival of Trees will benefit the Patient Assistance Fund through the Saint Joseph London Foundation, which supports programs and services at Saint Joseph London and other CHI Saint Joseph Health clinics and facilities in the surrounding area.
