Saint Joseph Jessamine Recognized on the 2023 “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” List

 

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (March 16, 2023) –Saint Joseph Jessamine has been recognized as a top employer for the second time, landing on the 19th Annual “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” list.  Each year, the list identifies and awards Kentucky's best employers. Saint Joseph Jessamine has been acknowledged as one of the 30 top small-sized employers, which includes businesses with 15-149 employees.

The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) host the annual Best Places to Work initiative. This is the 19th Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky program – a multi-year initiative designed to motivate and inspire companies throughout the commonwealth to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence.

Companies are selected based on an assessment of their employee policies, procedures, and the results of an internal employee survey. Saint Joseph Jessamine is one of six facilities or groups from CHI Saint Joseph Health to earn recognition on the list. The others are Flaget Memorial Hospital, Saint Joseph Berea, Saint Joseph London, CHI Saint Joseph Health Partners and the CHI Saint Joseph Health – Outpatient Surgery Center in Lexington.

Saint Joseph Jessamine is located in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Established in 2009, the Saint Joseph Jessamine RJ Corman Ambulatory Care Center serves residents of Jessamine, Boyle, Fayette and Garrard counties. The facility is Jessamine County’s first and only full-service, 24/7 emergency room, and also offers primary care and a full range of services.
