Pharmacy Resident Candidate Information

To facilitate the needs of resident candidates as they explore opportunities for post-graduate residency training this year, Saint Joseph Hospital is taking steps to provide numerous in-person and virtual access opportunities for candidates to explore what our residency program has to offer, engage our residency program preceptors, and gain insight from our current Pharmacy Residents. We invite all interested resident candidates to consider any the opportunities listed below.

Individual, On-Site Shadowing Opportunities

Resident candidates may arrange on-site shadowing opportunities ahead of the application deadline by emailing the Residency Program Director, Kevin Poe.

ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting

The Saint Joseph Hospital PGY1 and PGY2 Critical Care Residency Programs will participate in the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting Residency Showcase. Please check the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting website for information on the Residency Showcase Session dates and times.

Resident Candidate Interviews (late January through February)

On-site interviews will be scheduled with qualified resident candidates after applications have been received and reviewed.

Virtual access interview opportunities will be arranged on an as needed basis.
