South Points Food Collaborative Hosts Block Party Oct. 15
in Hazelwood Neighborhood
‘Field-to-fork’ family event showcases transformation of vacant land into urban farm

The South Points Family Jam neighborhood block party celebrates the South Points Food Collaborative’s efforts to convert vacant land—formerly the Iroquois housing project—into an urban farming oasis. The event will open the farm to neighbors and engage residents in the site’s transformation.
