Saint Joseph London to Discuss Cancer Prevention at Bite Size Learning Event
Free health education event at Laurel County Public Library


London, Ky. (January 13, 2017)— Saint Joseph London, part of KentuckyOne Health, invites the community to learn about cancer prevention at the Bite Size Learning health education event on Wednesday, January 18th. The event will take place from noon to 1:00 p.m. at the Laurel County Public Library, located at 120 College Park Drive in London.
 
Hilary Deskins, RN KentuckyOne Health Cancer Care, will be the featured guest speaker. She will discuss ways to help prevent cancer and treatment options.  
 
Bite Size Learning is an educational series sponsored by Saint Joseph London. Each month, a physician or staff member from Saint Joseph London hosts a special lunch-and-learn-style presentation on a different health topic to increase awareness and educate the public. Advance registration is requested. Saint Joseph London provides free box lunches to registered attendees.  
 
The event is free to the public, but those interested are encouraged to preregister at 606.864.5759.
