London, Ky. (Dec. 22, 2014)—Saint Joseph London, part of KentuckyOne Health, invites members of the local community to participate in a free yearlong educational series called Bite Size Learning in partnership with the public library.

Bite Size Learning events will occur on the third Wednesday of each month at the Laurel County Public Library, located at 120 College Park Drive in London, Ky.  Each month, a physician or staff member from Saint Joseph London will host a special lunch-and-learn-style presentation on a different health topic to increase awareness educate the public.  You do not have to participate in each session, each month.  The Library will provide notices each month, identifying the next topic and speaker in the series.  Pre-registration for the sessions is a must.  Saint Joseph London will provide free box lunches for those registered in advance.

Dr. Donnie Bunch with KentuckyOne Health Primary Care, will kick-off the series on January 21, 2015, with a presentation from noon to 1 p.m.

In the first session, Dr. Bunch will discuss healthy lifestyle practices to start your new year. Blood pressure, pulse rate and body mass index screenings will also be available for attendees.
