at James Graham Brown Cancer Center
Titleholders and volunteers to donate winter accessories and inspirational cards

Patients at the James Graham Brown Cancer Center will receive a special visit from some “Kentucky royalty” to ring in the New Year. Current Kentucky pageant titleholders and volunteers will donate treats, hats, scarves, socks, gloves and inspirational cards to patients on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016. Dunkin’ Donuts will also be provided for patients.

Volunteers and titleholders from the Miss Kentucky Festivals organization visit the James Graham Brown Cancer Center annually. This year’s visit is part of the organization’s “It’s More Than Just” program, emphasizing the importance of community service above the title, sash and crown.

•      Interviews with titleholders volunteers: Tiffany Redmon, 2016 National Ameri-Fest titleholder; Brooklyn Roller, volunteer; and Logan Hornback, former Miss Teen Kentucky Festival.
