Nurse Practitioner Tarah Danielle Wafzig joins KentuckyOne Health Primary Care Associates
Shepherdsville, KY (Nov. 5, 2014) – Tarah Danielle Wafzig, R.N., A.P.R.N., B.L.S., A.C.L.S, P.A.L.S., C.C.R.N., N.I.H., has joined KentuckyOne Health Medical Group. She is practicing at KentuckyOne Health Primary Care Associates at 187 Adam Shepherd Parkway, Suite 5, in Shepherdsville.
The nurse practitioner completed a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology at Bellarmine University in Louisville; earned her bachelor of science in nursing degree from Bellarmine; and obtained her master’s degree in family nurse practitioner nursing, also from Bellarmine.
Her work experience includes serving as a registered nurse on a neuroscience intensive care unit at University of Louisville Hospital specializing in trauma, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries; serving as a registered nurse in the post anesthesia care unit at Surgecenter of Louisville; and working as a registered critical care float pool nurse at U of L Hospital, where she “floated” to all critical care areas of the hospital.
