Nurse Practitioner Karen Leasor Joins
KentuckyOne Health Primary Care Associates in New Haven

New Haven, Ky. (September 27, 2016) –Karen Leasor, APRN, has joined KentuckyOne Health Primary Care Associates, located at 323 Center Street in New Haven.
 
Leasor received a Master of Science in nursing from Frontier Nursing University and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Most recently, Leasor worked as a nurse practitioner at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Big Clifty, Ky. Her previous experience includes assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute and chronic conditions, patient evaluations, diagnostic and therapeutic tests, hormone therapy and weight loss, otolaryngology, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, sclera therapy, wound care and evaluation of audiology testing.
 
Leasor is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Kentucky Board of Nursing Registered Nurse and APRN licensure, American Heart Basic Life Support (BLS) and American Heart Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Leasor is a member of the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
 
KentuckyOne Health Primary Care Associates is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office is closed on Wednesdays. For more information, or to make an appointment, call 502.350.5191.
