Nurse Practitioner Carol Maxwell Joins
KentuckyOne Health Primary Care Associates

Simpsonville, Ky. (July 5, 2016) – Carol Maxwell, APRN, will join KentuckyOne Health Primary Care Associates in Simpsonville today, located at 133 Buck Creek Road.
 
Carol Maxwell received her Advanced Nurse Practitioner Certification and Master of Science in Nursing from Spalding University. She also received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from The University of Akron. 
Maxwell brings to KentuckyOne Health more than 13 years of nursing experience. Most recently, she served as a family nurse practitioner at The Little Clinic in Louisville. Other previous roles include medical analyst, clinical nurse, staff nurse, adjunct clinical nursing instructor and legal nurse consultant.
 
Maxwell specializes in treating adult, pediatric and obstetric patients, and is certified to treat a wide variety of illnesses and injuries. She is passionate about health and wellness promotion.
 
KentuckyOne Health Primary Care Associates in Simpsonville is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Beginning July 20, the practice will change to a walk-in facility with no appointment necessary. For more information, call 502.587.6637.
