Local Group Spreads Cheer to NICU Babies
at the Women’s Hospital at Saint Joseph East

The Snow Bunny Baby Project, a local project created by volunteer Sunny King, is spreading cheer to babies in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at the Women’s Hospital at Saint Joseph East, part of KentuckyOne Health.

Newborn babies who need intensive medical care are admitted into the NICU. This can be a stressful and difficult time for parents during the holiday season, so the Snow Bunny Baby Project is helping make the holiday season brighter for the parents of NICU babies, by donating items the family can use when the babies leave the hospital.
