KentuckyOne Health Staff Gives Back in Honor of MLK Day,
Completes Service Project at Dare to Care Food Bank

Officials from KentuckyOne Health will spend the day giving back to the community on Wednesday, Jan. 20, in honor of the observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (Monday, Jan. 18). The group will complete a service project at Dare to Care Food Bank, sorting packaged food items in the nonprofit’s warehouse.
 
Dare to Care Food Bank was created in 1969 to ensure that no one in the Louisville community lacks the food they need to live an active, healthy life. Dare to Care works to fulfill its mission of feeding the hungry through partnerships with more than 300 food pantries, shelters and emergency kitchens. The nonprofit relies on donations and volunteers to provide food and services to those in need.
