KentuckyOne Health Hires Manager of Emergency Preparedness

Louisville, Ky. (April 24, 2015)—KentuckyOne Health has named Andrew Cline manager of emergency preparedness. In this role, Cline is responsible for the overall system-wide approach to emergency preparedness and security.

Cline will also work to develop a well-defined emergency preparedness program in order to enhance patient and staff safety and protect the businesses of KentuckyOne Health. He will work closely with KentuckyOne facility presidents and facility emergency preparedness leaders on these efforts.

The emergency preparedness program will include emergency management, business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis communications, safety and security and risk management.

Cline has more than 15 years of experience in emergency preparedness, security and operations. Most recently, he served as business resilience administrator for Catholic Health Initiatives.

Cline holds a bachelor’s degree in health promotion and kinesiology and a master’s in public health, both from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, he is an elected member of the Shelby County Board of Education.
