MORE:
The Bourbon & Bluegrass Holiday Bash benefits the mission of the Flaget Memorial Hospital Foundation. Proceeds from this event will advance cancer care services at the hospital.
Event guests will enjoy specialty holiday cocktails, live Bluegrass music, bourbon tastings, Kentucky-inspired cuisine, and a live auction. Only 100 tickets were available for this intimate holiday celebration and sold out quickly.
All funds raised at the event will support Project Hope, an effort by the Flaget Memorial Hospital Foundation to expand Flaget’s Cancer Center and provide 3D mammography at the hospital.
The 3D mammography is an FDA-approved advanced technology that takes multiple images, or X-rays, of breast tissue to recreate a 3-D picture of the breast. Using 3D mammography makes it easier for doctors to catch breast cancer early. It also helps catch more cancers, and it reduces the chances of doctors seeing a false positive.
