Dr. Kristie Paris Joins Flaget Cancer Center in Bardstown


Bardstown, Ky. (September 21, 2017) – Kristie Paris, MD, radiation oncologist, has joined the Flaget Cancer Center located at Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown.

Dr. Paris brings more than four decades of experience to Flaget Memorial Hospital. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine where she also served her residency in the Department of Radiation Oncology. She was formerly Residency Program Director at the James Graham Brown Cancer Center in Louisville. Dr. Paris completed her fellowship in radiation oncology at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. She is now a Professor Emeritus at the University of Louisville and a full professor at the University of Kentucky.

She is board-certified in therapeutic radiology and is a fellow in the American College of Radiology. Her career includes extensive volunteer work with government, academic, and community organizations at the state and local level.
