Carmen Folmar, MD, Joins KentuckyOne Health Obstetrics
and Gynecology Associates

Bardstown, Ky. (August 31, 2016) –Carmen Folmar, MD, has joined KentuckyOne Health Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates, located at 4359 New Shepherdsville Road in Bardstown.
 
Folmar comes to KentuckyOne Health from the St. Louis University Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women’s Health, where she completed her residency training.
Folmar graduated from Spelman College with a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2008. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2012. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
 
Throughout her career in school, she received Biology Departmental Honors in 2008, Honors in Clinical Neuroscience in 2010, and Honors in Internal Medicine Clerkship in 2011.
 
In her spare time, Folmar enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
