What is The PHIL Award? The PHIL (Pulmonary Health and Illnesses of the Lung) Award is a nationwide program dedicated to honoring outstanding respiratory therapists who provide exemplary care and treatment for patients with respiratory illnesses. Honorees are nominated by patients, family members and other caregivers. CHI Saint Joseph Health is proud to recognize a respiratory therapist at each of our hospitals with this special honor every year.
