Registration Procedure for COVID-19 Test

For CHI Saint Joseph Health outpatient diagnostic and inpatient and outpatient surgery patients, please see Registration Procedure and COVID-19 Testing Process below. CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group patients with an appointment are already registered and can go directly to the COVID-19 Testing Site located in Building C, suite 25 of the CHI Saint Joseph Office Park. 

Patients for Outpatient Diagnostic and Inpatient & Outpatient Surgery

Registration procedure for Saint Joseph Hospital, Saint Joseph East and The Women's Hospital:

  1. Park and register in Building C, Suite 35 located at:
    CHI Saint Joseph Office Park
    1401 Harrodsburg Road
    Lexington, KY 40504
  2. After registering, a COVID-19 screening is required. Follow the signage to Suite 25 on the same floor as registration.

COVID-19 Testing Process

Open Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  1. Have a photo ID ready.
  2. A clinical team member will screen you by taking a nasal swab. (Nasal swab may cause temporary discomfort.)
  3. If results are positive, you will be contacted within 3 – 5 days after being tested.
