Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation a finalist in the Toyota 100 Cars for Good program. - Archived

Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation has been selected as one of the 500 finalist organizations in the Toyota 100 Cars for Good program. As a result, on Saturday, July 21, the Foundation will have a one in five chance to win a new Toyota Sienna minivan.

We need your help! Visit 100carsforgood.com (will take you to the Facebook App to vote) and follow the on-screen instructions to vote for the Foundation on July 21. The voting period is 10 a.m. (ET) and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET).

The van will be used for the Saint Joseph Appalachian Outreach Program (Rural Outreach) to provide patient follow-up and support services that minster the whole person through Pastoral Care, Social Services and Registered Clinical Dietician/Certified Diabetes Educator Services. Home visits are made to individuals in rural parts of Eastern Kentucky. Last year the program completed over 16,000 visits in 30 of the poorest counties in the United States.
