KentuckyOne Health Promoting Health Screenings
During Pegasus Parade Preview Party
Event Tuesday, May 1 at Kentucky Exposition Center

KentuckyOne Health is educating community members on the importance of wellness screenings, at the upcoming Pegasus Parade Preview Party. During the event, KentuckyOne Health will provide free screenings and educational materials to participants, to help raise awareness of the importance of screenings and how they can help save lives.

KentuckyOne Health will also have an inflatable heart and colon on hand for participants to walk through, to help raise awareness of the importance of regular and early screenings, along with information on colon cancer and heart disease prevention.

·      Interviews with KentuckyOne Health employees about the importance of screenings
·      Interviews with community members receiving free screenings
·      Video of community members receiving free screenings

MORE:
Screenings to be offered at this event include those for blood pressure, hepatitis C, stroke and carbon monoxide. Information will also be available for dry needling, as well as mental health education. Participants can also learn hands-only CPR, an easy way for the public to help save lives.
