KentuckyOne Health Facilities Host Pink-a-BOO Events For Breast Cancer Awareness - Archived

 

 

KentuckyOne Health facilities will trade in the traditional Halloween orange for pink on October 29 for breast cancer awareness. The healthcare system will host Pink-a-BOO events at all of its facilities as part of its Halloween festivities to encourage employees and guests to schedule their annual digital mammogram. An information area and giveaways will be set up in each facility’s main lobby from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Pink-a-BOO events will be held at all KentuckyOne Health facilities, including Jewish Hospital Medical Center East, Jewish Hospital Medical Center South, Jewish Hospital Medical Center Southwest, Jewish Hospital Medical Center Northeast, Flaget Memorial Hospital, Jewish Hospital Shelbyville, Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital, Our Lady of Peace and University of Louisville Hospital. Facilities in Lexington, Berea, London and Mt. Sterling will also participate in the program.
