KentuckyOne Health Adds Nurse Anesthetist

 

Louisville, Ky. (May 20, 2014)— Jewish Hospital, part of KentuckyOne Health, has added Gina M. Corbett, C.R.N.A., M.S.N.A., as nurse anesthetist for the hospital.

 

Most recently, Corbett served as staff CRNA, covering the needs of general, neuroaxial, level II trauma, neurosurgical, obstetrics, vascular, GYO/GYN, urology, orthopedics, pediatrics, ENT, gastrointestinal, plastics, general surgery, cardiac catherization and interventional radiology for Pikeville Medical Center, in Pikeville, Ky.

 

She holds a masters of science in nurse anesthesia from Virgina Commonwealth University School of Allied Health and her bachelors of science in nursing from Georgetown University School of Nursing and Health Sciences.

 

She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, as well as the Kentucky Association of Nurse Anesthetists and is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
