Dr. Noelle (Rizzo) Leung is originally from Wilmington, Delaware and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May 2009 from the University Of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in Lexington, Kentucky. She completed her PGY1 residency at Saint Joseph East and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Certificate in June 2010. Dr. Leung currently practices as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist at the University of Kentucky Children’s Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Her primary practice responsibilities are to provide clinical services to NICU, PICU, and acute care pediatric teams, and staffing within the pediatric satellite.  She serves as a preceptor for the UKMC pediatrics rotation for 4th year APPE students and PGY1 residents at UKMC and mentors PGY2 residents in pediatrics.  She is also involved with teaching of various pharmacy groups including the pediatric elective course at the UK College of Pharmacy as well as presenting at local and national pharmacy meetings.  Additionally, Dr. Leung works as a pharmacist with Latin American Missions in coordinating pharmacy services during medical missions to underserved populations in Panama, Peru, Nicaragua, and El Salvador. In her spare time, Dr. Leung enjoys the outdoors, traveling, cooking, and distance running.

Dr. Swank is originally from Fort Wayne, IN and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May of 2010 from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Swank completed The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Certificate Program offered by the University of Kentucky. Dr. Swank became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist in December of 2011 and completed a PGY2 Specialty Residency in Internal Medicine at the Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN in June of 2012. She currently practices as Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital in Anderson, IN. Responsibilities include patient care, staff education, implementation of new clinical services, and precepting and overseeing the PGY1 Residency Program started in 2014. In her spare time, Dr. Swank enjoys spending time with family, baking, and cheering for the Indianapolis Colts.

Dr. Vallabh is originally from Corbin, Kentucky and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May of 2010 from the University Of Kentucky College Of Pharmacy in Lexington, Kentucky. She completed The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Certificate Program offered by the University of Kentucky, and became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist in December of 2011. Dr. Vallabh currently practices as a Clinical Pharmacist II in Post-Graduate Training at CHI St. Luke’s Health in Houston, TX. Dr. Vallabh enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Hashem is originally from Greenville, SC and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the South Carolina College of Pharmacy in Columbia, SC.  Dr. Hashem completed a PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacotherapy Residency at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY.  She currently practices an Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist at the National Institutes for Health in Bethesda, MD. In her spare time, she enjoys running, kickboxing and reading.

Dr. Truong currently practices as a Clinical Pharmacist at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center in Houston, TX. Her outside interests include cooking, travelling, and the arts.

Dr. Choi is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she received her Doctor of Pharmacy in May of 2013. In addition to her degree, she received a Certificate in Gerontology in 2012 through the UK College of Public Health with the purpose of broadening her knowledge in geriatric studies. Her professional interests are widely varied, including geriatrics, ambulatory, oncology, internal medicine, and pediatrics. She completed her PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Saint Joseph East and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Certificate Program through the University of Kentucky. Currently, Dr. Choi practices as a clinical pharmacist at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. In her free time she enjoys spending time with God, spending time with her husband, having fellowship with family and friends, watching movies, traveling through cities, and exploring new places to eat.

Katee is originally from Illinois and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2013 from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Saint Joseph East and PGY2 Specialty Residency in Ambulatory Care at St. Vincent Joshua Max Simon Primary Care Center in Indianapolis, IN. She also completed both The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Certificate Program offered by UK and Indiana Pharmacy Teaching Certificate. Katee accepted a co-funded faculty position with Manchester University and St. Vincent Indianapolis. She will be starting in the fall and is very excited to be working with her previous co-resident, Abby. Her practice area will be Ambulatory Care and she will be completing her board certification for ambulatory care (BCACP) later this year. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, and camping.

Dr. Singleton is originally from Pickerington, Ohio and received her Doctor of Pharmacy in May of 2013 from Ohio Northern University. Dr. Singleton completed her PGY1 at Saint Joseph East and The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Certificate Program offered by the University of Kentucky.  She completed her PGY2 in internal medicine with a focus in academia and the Teaching and Learning Certificate at East Tennessee State University. Dr. Singleton currently practices as an Internal Medicine Clinical Pharmacist at Bristol Regional Hospital and Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at East Tennessee State University. In her spare time she enjoys shopping, cooking, exercising, and playing with her chocolate lab, Sugar.

Dr. Hines currently practices as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist at University of Kentucky HealthCare in Lexington, Kentucky. When not occupied by pharmacy-related activities, Dr. Hines enjoys antiquing, spending time outside with her three dogs, Chaco, Luna, and Myelo, and exploring the country and finding the best restaurants around with her husband, Tripp.

Dr. Martinez completed a Critical Care PGY-2 at Vidant Health in Greenville, NC. She currently practices as a Clinical Pharmacist in Critical Care at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY. She enjoys running, online shopping, cheering on the Carolina Gamecocks and binge-watching Netflix with her Australian Shepherd and fiancé.

Her current practice interests include ambulatory care and internal medicine. Dr. Migliavacca currently practices as a Clinical Pharmacist at Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, road trips, and live music.

Dr. Priddy-Ramsey is originally from Glendale, Kentucky and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May of 2017 from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in Lexington, Kentucky. She completed her PGY-1 training at Saint Joseph East in Lexington and a PGY-2 in Ambulatory Care with the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and Bluegrass Community Health Clinic in Lexington, Kentucky. She plans to obtain board certification as a pharmacotherapy specialist and in ambulatory care. Dr. Priddy currently practices as a Clinical Pharmacist at Hardin Memorial in Elizabethtown, KY.

She completed her PGY-1 training at Saint Joseph East in Lexington, Kentucky where she solidified her interest in the Oncology. Dr. Turcotte completed a PGY-2 in Oncology at the Huntsman Cancer Institute at the University of Utah Health in Salt Lake City, Utah. She currently practices as an Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialists at Owensboro Health in Owensboro, Kentucky. When she’s not doing pharmacy related activities, Dr. Turcotte enjoys kayaking, playing the cello, and trying new restaurants.

She received her Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the McWhorter School of Pharmacy at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. She completed the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy Teaching Certificate Program and worked towards completing the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate for Pharmacists during her PGY-1 residency. After residency, Monica practiced at St. Elizabeth in Florence, KY as an Emergency Medicine pharmacist for 3 years. She currently practices as a Clinical Pharmacist covering and precepting internal medicine and emergency medicine back at St. Joseph East. In her free time, you can find her snuggling with her cat, enjoying outdoor activities with her husband, reading, or knitting/crocheting.

Dr. Hines completed her PGY2 in Internal Medicine at the University of Cincinnati and is currently practicing as an Internal Medicine with the UK HealthCare in Lexington, Kentucky. In her free time, Dr. Hines enjoys attending and leading workout classes, exploring the outdoors, spending time with her nieces and nephews, and being an active member of her church.

Aside from pharmacy, Dr. Sharpe enjoys spending her time outdoors on the lake, traveling with her husband, and running.

Dr. Holt is originally from Brownstown, Michigan. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. She completed her PGY2 in Cardiology at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati and currently practices as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Toledo Hospital. She received her teaching certificate from the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Pagan is originally from Clewiston, Florida and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May of 2020 from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy in Gainesville, Florida. She received her teaching certificate from Sullivan University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Pagan completed her PGY2 in Oncology at Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY and currently practices as an Oncology Clinical Specialist at Norton Healthcare. Aside from pharmacy, Dr. Pagan enjoys trying new restaurants and exploring the city.

Amanda Wolfe, PharmD (R30)

Dr. Wolfe is originally from Augusta, GA and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May of 2020 from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy in Athens, GA. She completed her PGY2 in Infectious Diseases at Moses Cone in Greensboro, NC and currently practices as an ID Specialist at Moses Cone. As a resident, she completed the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy Teaching Certificate. Aside from pharmacy, Dr. Wolfe enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading, drinking coffee, and biking.

Dr. Miller is originally from Lawrenceburg, IN and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May of 2021 from Butler University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Indianapolis, IN. She enhanced her teaching skills by completing the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy Teaching Certificate. She currently practices as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist at Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Miller enjoys following the Cincinnati Reds and Butler basketball, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family/friends.

Dr. Pelle is originally from Ft. Thomas, Kentucky and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May of 2021 from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in Lexington, Kentucky. She completed the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy Teaching Certificate in order to enhance her teaching skills as a future preceptor. She is currently completing her PGY2 residency in Ambulatory Care at Norton in Louisville, KY. Dr. Pelle enjoys exploring the outdoors, drinking coffee, and going on walks with her dog, Rhea.

Dr. Shook is originally from New Philadelphia, OH and received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in May of 2021 from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in Lexington, KY. She is currently completing a PGY2 residency in Oncology at the South Texas VA in San Antonio, TX. As a resident, she completed the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy Teaching Certificate. Aside from pharmacy, Dr. Shook enjoys spending time outdoors, horseback riding here in the heart of horse country, and trying out the local restaurants.
