Project Hope

Hope, Funded. Supporting Project Hope and Beyond

Thanks to generous donors, the Flaget Memorial Hospital Foundation raised nearly $1.3 million for two of the most critical projects in Nelson and surrounding counties: expanding the Cancer Care Center at Flaget Memorial Hospital to increase the number of infusion rooms and add a Resource Center, and adding 3D mammography.

3D mammography was made available at Flaget in August 2018, and the expansion of the cancer center was completed in January 2021.

Our work is not over. The community’s continued support is critical as we work to bring more resources and services to meet the needs of our growing number of patients, and to provide the greatest state of the art technology.

You can bring hope. Every dollar counts. Donate here today.

Stopping cancer in its tracks

That’s one of the Flaget Memorial Hospital Foundation’s missions, and your philanthropic support makes it possible. With your help, we can catch cancer early and stop it with the strongest, most comprehensive care, right here in our community.
