Here you will find information and resources to help answer questions you may have while at Saint Joseph Hospital, from your rights as a patient to visiting hours and more. 

Visitation Hours

Temporary visitor restrictions are currently in place. For more information, please visit 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Temporary Visitor Restrictions.

Visiting hours are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Special circumstances may be taken into consideration in the critical care areas for visitation of a child. The following units do not have visitation from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.:

  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU) South
  • Cardio-Thoracic Vascular Unit (CTVU)
  • Critical Care Unit (CCU)

Free parking is available for hospital visitors and patients. Please park in the Emergency Department lot only if you’re using the Emergency Department.

Chapel Hours

Our chapel is located on the first floor and is open 24 hours a day. While at Saint Joseph Hospital, you and your loved ones can call upon our hospital chaplain at any time. Simply ask your nurse to contact the chaplain for you.

Dining Options

Cafeteria – Located on the Ground floor

  • Breakfast 6:30 to 10:30 a.m.
  • Lunch 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Dinner 4 to 8 p.m. Monday – Friday and 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

Java Joe’s – Located in the Front lobby

  • Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Gift Shop

The gift shop is located on the First floor. Hours of operation are as follows:

  • Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Language Assistance

We provide trained, qualified medical interpreters at no cost to patients and families in order to ensure effective communication for those who are Limited-English Proficient (LEP), Deaf/Hard of Hearing (HOH), or have other communication challenges.
