Robert Farrell, MD, FACS is a board-certified surgeon with the American Board of Surgery and Fellowship-Trained Bariatric Surgeons. He is a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons and a fellow with the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Farrell brings a great depth of knowledge and experience to CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group Weight Loss Surgery:
Hannah received her BA from Lindsey Wilson College and her Physician Assistant degree from The University of Kentucky. She assists Dr. Farrell with all weight loss procedures and around the office.
Hannah is here to monitor your progress and provide attentive care before, during and long after your procedure. You will see her frequently throughout your journey with us.
Anna graduated with a Bachelor of Science in nursing from McKendree University. She has over 15 years of nursing experience with a specialty in surgery. As the Bariatric Coordinator, Anna will be available to assist you throughout the process as you reach your goals of living a healthier and happier life.
Gayle has worked in insurance billing and helped coordinate program steps for more than 10 years. In addition to helping you verify insurance benefits and obtain approvals, she is responsible for scheduling all pre-operative appointments. She is here to cheer you on as we all share in the excitement of your accomplishments.
Cecelia has 20 years’ experience in the clinical social work field. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University and a master's degree from the Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville.
Cecelia will meet individually with you prior to surgery to evaluate your emotional/mental health. As needed, she may refer you to psychologists and other professionals to help you deal with any obstacles on your path to healthier living.
