These impairments can be caused by chronic conditions such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, dementia, stroke, or brain injury. They can also be caused by debilitating diseases or compromised health caused by other factors.

Saint Joseph East offers a range of services, from evaluation and diagnosis to treatment. The goal of treatment is for the patient to reach his/her highest level of functioning and maintain appropriate safety and independence.
