The Continuing Care Hospital (CCH) is licensed as a general acute care hospital, and addresses the unique and complicated physical, emotional, spiritual, nursing, and rehabilitation needs of the long-term acute care patient.
There is no limitation regarding diagnosis type, patient age, length-of-stay and scope of services provided.
Continuing Care Hospital is part of CHI Saint Joseph Health. An 18-member volunteer board of directors governs CHI Saint Joseph Health Health, its facilities and operations, including Continuing Care Hospital, with this mission:
